👉 Overview

IntelAgree is an end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that uses AI to automate the most tedious parts of the contracting process. The goal of IntelAgree is to make CLM intuitive, accessible, and efficient. 

🤔 Problem Statement

The platform was built around contracts as the central asset. Clients needed the ability to explore and have visibility into contracts as they relate to a “Party”. There can be one to many contracts related to a Party.

👩‍💻 Users

Employees of enterprise size corporations with an in-house legal team and contract ops needs. We used four key personas: Legal counsel, executive, sales associate, and contract admin. 

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities

Me: PM, Research, UX design, UX copywriting
Team: I wore a lot of hats at this startup. As the team grew, I was able to delegate some design responsibilities and a front-end developer took over the CSS/HTML. For the initial ramp up of the product, I was responsible for all of the above.
